Elpoir Pro
Elpoir Pro is the business side of Elpoir: the app salon owners and their teams use to set up the salon, take bookings, manage staff and services, and run offers. I built it in Flutter alongside the customer app, and it's live on the App Store and Google Play.
Long story short
Getting a salon online is a short guided setup: the owner's details, the salon profile, its location on a map, business hours and breaks, the team and the first services. At the end the salon is live, and customers can find and book it in Elpoir.
Day to day, the dashboard shows earnings and bookings with quick actions, and the calendar lays out appointments by day, week or month, each with its staff member, payment and status. Walk-ins and phone bookings go straight in from the app.
Everything else is a screen away: staff with schedules, leave and salaries; services and packages; offers from quick-book deals to flash sales and combo deals; reviews; a photo gallery; notifications and chat with customers; and sales analytics.
