Elpoir

Elpoir is a salon and beauty booking app: find a salon nearby, browse its services, packages and offers, pick a stylist and a time, and pay, all in a few taps. I built it in Flutter at FlutterYourWay, and it's live on the App Store and Google Play.

Long story short

The app is built around one job: getting someone from wanting a haircut to a confirmed appointment without a phone call. Home surfaces nearby salons, categories and quick-book offers, and search and filters narrow things down by service, distance, price and rating.

Every salon has its own page with its services, packages, styles and reviews, plus chat, call and directions. Booking walks through the choices in order (the service, a staff member, the date and a time slot) and ends on a summary where promo codes apply.

Checkout takes cards, UPI apps like Google Pay and PhonePe, or paying at the salon. Once confirmed, the booking sits in My Bookings, where it can be rescheduled, and the customer can chat with the salon, review the visit afterwards or refer a friend.

Its counterpart is Elpoir Pro, the app salons use to run their side: setup, bookings, staff and offers.
